As your SIP and critical friend I will give you access to a range of proven systems and processes that can support your leadership, thereby ensuring continued leadership accountability. Access to all proformas and documentation is included in the price as is on-going email and telephone support between visits.
System Leadership and School to School Support

The development of a school led, self improving system is one of the most effective ways of providing on-going support and challenge. As a result of extensive action research and using well evidenced pedogogical tools, I can offer a unique and high impact approach to enable schools to work collaboratively together.
I can facilitate and implement a bespoke system of school to school support for groups of 3 or more schools. This package includes all training for leaders, documentation, quality assurance and support for whole school planning.
OFSTED Preparation
There is so much more to Education than OFSTED - however, the need for external accountability remains an important factor is building a high quality Education system. I firmly believe in ensuring schools and Academies are ready for a 'no surprises' OFSTED, where strengths and areas of development are clearly evidenced and solutions to issues are ready to present to Inspectors. This then allows schools to focus on the wider aspects of preparing pupils for life.
